Pre-project study
We can show you how much money Forecast NOW! will save you based on your data.
A pre-project study can help you to answer the question: “How big a profit would the company have obtained if it had used Forecast NOW!?” The whole process takes between 2 and 3 weeks.
1. Provide of history information
You provide all of the available information on sales for a given product range before the start date of the study. The longer the range of time you use, the more accurate the simulated results will be. The minimum period is 1 year, but we recommend a 3-year period for optimal results.
2. Run a simulation
We can run a simulation based on the selected data in Forecast NOW! In other words, the program will automatically place orders and forecast demand and residual product stocks. This does not take into account the adjustments that are usually made manually by employees in a real situation.
3. Compare the results
When the simulation is complete, we compare the results of the program with real data for the same period. You can see when and how many products the program would have ordered for this period. The economic effect of using the software is calculated based on this data. The potential effect may be either positive or negative.
4. А detailed report
We will prepare a detailed report for you with tables and graphs. It includes a comparison of actual and forecast indicators for the period:

- Inventory turnover
- Lost profits
- Saving on procurements
