Remote program demo

We can demonstrate the functionality of our product based on information that is obtained from the customer. We will highlight features that will prove useful for the customer in light of its specific situation.

Pre-project study

5 — 6 days

We can calculate the real savings figures based on the sales history that is imported from the customer’s sales accounting system. We can collect additional information to perform more accurate simulation of the supply chain network configuration, lead time, and supplier limitations.

We can conduct research using anonymized data or conclude a NDA concerning the information that is granted to us.

We will demonstrate the results of our study at a Skype conference. We will answer questions and send a report by e-mail.

Price quote and conclusion of the agreement

We will choose the most suitable version of the program to meet your needs, calculate the full cost including all necessary extensions, and we will propose a price quote.

After the conditions are approved, we will conclude a license agreement for the purchase of the program.

Integration with the sales accounting system

We can provide assistance for installing our program on the customer's server. We can advise IT professionals on the process of how to integrate our software with the sales accounting system. Forecast NOW! is an out-of-the-box solution that requires minimal adjustment to meet the customer's needs.

The integration process is carried out by the customer's IT department or by hiring third-party specialists.

Employee training

10 workshops per year

We train the customer's key employees, and we provide working instructions for completing common tasks. In our experience, it is best if employees immediately start using the program with the guidance of our support team.

Post-implementation support and consultation

After the program has been integrated into the customer's system, we provide support to customer employees, help with configuration, and collect feedback. We release updates every two months based on the feedback from all of our customers. We regularly conduct webinars on all of our updates and new features.

Regular operation

We conduct additional Skype meetings, advise on system features, and consider feature requests for improving functionality as necessary.
